Located in Nasr City’s Sixth District, Sa3a Siana underwent a major transformation in 2024—from a basic workshop to a high-level, specialized maintenance hub. However, it faced significant challenges from the start.

The center is situated in a densely populated industrial area known for its numerous well-established and highly professional competitors, many of which have built strong reputations over the years. Entering this saturated market and gaining customer trust required more than just good service—it demanded a clear and compelling strategy to stand out.

02 . The Solution

To differentiate Sa3a Siana  from surrounding competitors, we developed a comprehensive approach focused on service quality, branding, and smart marketing:

  1. Service Differentiation:
    The brand name and positioning were carefully chosen to reflect speed, precision, and professionalism. Our focus on delivering fast, high-quality service helped us create an identity distinct from older, more traditional service providers in the area.

  2. Street-Level Awareness Campaign:
    We began with an interactive street campaign aimed at engaging local residents and workers directly, introducing them to the brand and building awareness from the ground up.

  3. Social Media Campaigns:
    Paid campaigns were launched on Facebook and Instagram, showcasing the center’s services with real-time photos and videos from inside the workshop. These campaigns emphasized transparency, technical expertise, and the care put into each vehicle, drawing the attention of potential customers online.

03 . The Results

  • Facebook:

    • Total reach over 5 months: 1 million

    • Conversions to customers: 250,000+

  • Instagram:

    • Total reach over 5 months: 200,000+

  • Ad Spend:
    These outcomes were achieved with a modest budget of just EGP 20,000 over 5 months.
